Special oils are
oil varieties
produced for the food industry, top level cuisine and diet cooking.
In food industry special oils are often used for the production of
margarine.
The best known oils for this purpose are
cotton seed oil,
cold-pressed rapeseed oil

rapeseed oil.
Diet oils
are oils with an exceptionally high content of
linoleic acid
and vitamins.
Special oils in top level cuisine include oils made from
walnuts,
hazelnuts,
macadamias,
almonds,
pumpkin seeds,
grape seeds
and
mustard seeds.
These oils are popular for their special
taste.
