Spumante

Spumante is the name for sparkling wine from Italy. The are two official EU termini are Italian sparkling wine or Italian quality sparkling wine. The addition DOC (Denominazione di Origine Controllata) can be added where the Spumante is grown within specified areas and produced after refined methods.
