Pressed Honey, Seim Honey, de.: Presshonig, Seimhonig

Pressed honey is forced from the combs under pressure and not through centrifugation as is the norm. A variety of the pressed honey is Seim honey, which is honey extracted through pressure and heat. The combs are melted and the honey pressed out, which produces honey of lower quality.
