made from
cow's milk.
Philadelphia is not a cheese type but a brand name of Kraft Foods Inc.
It is named after the city of Philadelphia in Pennsylvania. The
cheese
is packed in plastic containers of several sizes.
In the United States it is mostly sold in containers of 8 oz.,
in Europe the standard package contains 200 g.
Philadelphia has no rind and is white, creamy and spreadable.
It tastes slightly sour and creamy.
Its fat content varies between 40 and 70 percent of
fat in dry matter.
Philadelphia is a cheese product that is also sold seasoned with different
ingredients such as
